Territory Manager

Alison joined CATC in 2020 as a Clinical Manager for Above & Beyond Recovery. With over 13 years of experience in management in the opioid substance use treatment sector, she was promoted to Operations Territory Manager in February 2020. Alison currently oversees six clinics in the central East region of Ontario.

Alison has a dedication to building self-starting and successful teams and believes that those teams bring inherent value to the lives of those struggling with opioid substance use disorder. Her commitment to improving organizational processes and community collaboration is evident in her involvement with CATC steering committees, and sitting on various Situation Tables in her region.

Alison holds an honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Trent University, as well as a diploma in Hospital Nursing Unit Secretary from Sir Sandford Fleming College.
