Tarren brings 15+ years of leadership experience to our team. Prior to joining CATC, Tarren worked as the Operations Manager for Trafalgar Addiction Treatment Centre in Gores Landing and has held management positions in diverse retail/sales sectors.

Tarren holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trent University and has advanced experience in driving operational excellence including co-leading two successful CARF surveys.

Outside of work, Tarren loves traveling with her husband and two children. Together, they enjoy the beach, quality food, and trips to Universal Studios. Tarren’s Christian faith is central to her life and work, guiding her commitment to servant leadership, integrity, and compassionate care.
