Alycia Sinclair

Director of Operations, Western Canada (Interim)

Alycia is responsible for providing operational leadership to our BC clinics. Alycia brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in healthcare, navigating everything from the front lines to leadership roles. Prior to joining us, Alycia had a progressive career at Coastal Sleep Homecare Services for the previous 12 years, of which her most recent role was Director of Operations which she held for the last 5+ years. Alycia also completed her Masters of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2018.

Outside of work, life keeps her busy and fulfilled. She has a 1.5-year-old son Houston, along with two step kids, Madison and Weston, who keep her on her toes. When she’s not helping patients live their best life at CATC, you’ll likely find her courtside coaching Madison’s junior school volleyball team. Her and her husband Troy juggle it all with a sense of humour (and a lot of coffee).
