Fred joined CATC in 2020, bringing years of experience in the Canadian health care. Fred has a proven track record of leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation.  Starting his early career as a pharmacist, Fred has both the experience and front-line perspective to focus the teams on providing an exceptional patient care and experience.  Fred has held executive leadership roles in several leading Canadian health care organizations focusing on delivering high-quality health care services in the Long Term Care, Pharmacy and Home Care sectors.

Fred has a B.Sc.Phm. from the University of Toronto.
