Methadone is an opioid agonist blocker and helps to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms when administered therapeutically by a medical professional. The dose is ingested, typically in liquid form, and is tapered off in accordance with cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
Suboxone contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone. Combined they block opioid receptors to prevent the effects of other opioids, with a built in ceiling effect preventing overdose or misuse.
Sublocade is an injectable form of Buprenorphine that releases slowly over a 30 day period. This treatment is ideal for patients that struggle to access daily medication, and should only be administered by a medical professional.
Kadian Treatment
Kadian is a form of morphine that is taken orally with an extended release. It is a full opioid agonist blocker and is used for more severe opioid addictions.
Because Hep C is a common liver disease among people who inject drugs, we routinely screen our patients and provide additional support for patients who test positive.
By providing safe equipment and educational resources to patients, drug related infections and harm are greatly reduced, and connections to health and social services are increased.

Naloxone Kits
Naloxone kits can help someone survive in the event of an overdose while waiting for emergency medical professionals. Anyone who uses or knows someone who uses opioids should carry one. Get them for free at any of our clinics.

There are no waitlists to start your treatment program.
