Yes, we are always accepting new patients by phone, email, or walk-in. No appointment is needed and all are welcome.

No, we offer same-day start for new patients.

What does treatment cost? Are there any free options?

Patients can often receive treatment at no cost. In some cases there may be a cost for medications or counseling services not covered by provincial health plans. Our teams will work with you to help determine the best plan to cover treatment costs.

Are treatments covered by provincial health insurance (OHIP, MSP, NBM)?

Yes, provincial health plans cover the full cost of treatment, with certain exceptions for medications and counselling services. We’ll help you determine the best coverage options.

Are you open on Statutory Holidays?

We are open on statutory holidays with adjusted hours. Please check with your local clinic.

Can I get my prescription faxed/transferred here?

Yes, our pharmacies will accept current prescriptions. To inquire about transferring to our pharmacies, please call our intake line, 1-877-937-2282, or contact your local CATC clinic.

Do you offer detox from drugs and alcohol?

Detox services are offered at our Inpatient Recovery Centres, but they are not offered at our walk-in clinics.

Do you help with alcohol addiction?

Alcohol addiction treatment programs are offered at our Inpatient Recovery Centres, but not at our walk-in clinics.
