OATC London Patient
"I am new to this program. I never post or rate anything on line, but I am posting this incase someone reading this is at their start of reaching out or looking for help for the first time. Which is scary to begin with. I called and left messages at three different clinics in London and waited 2 and a half days and had no return calls from any of them. Because this was new to me and I had no idea how to begin the process I almost gave up. I found this clinics number and thought I would try one last place, as I was starting to panic knowing withdrawal was next. They answered the phone on the 3rd ring! Which surprised me as no other clinic had did so, let alone return my calls. The wonderful team working here answered all my questions, explained how the program worked, had me into the clinic that afternoon and within an hour started on my new beginning. From Kaitlyn and Olivia helping me fill out the forms, setting up the proper steps to start, helping me understand the process, to the intake woman I believe was named Susan (forgive me if I am incorrect on your name) the nurse and then finally the Doctor. They ALL treated me with respect and compassion and make you feel comfortable. I felt NO judgment and felt nothing but a team of people wanting to help you succeed in your decision to get your life back. The whole process was NOTHING like I had feared for so long. I wish I had of taken this step 15 years ago! So if you are reading this and trying to make a decision call this clinic they are a wonderful, professional, non judgmental team that truly want to help and see you succeed!! Best phone call I ever made."
